Solver extends its capacities within robotization production
On September 2012 Solver Engineering Company and “Belfingroup” holding company (republic of Belarus), the leading actor of the robotic technology market in CIS, came up with the cooperation agreement. Under this decision the companies are going to consolidate their authorities and experience in the field of multiple modernization, automation and robotization. The core business of the new joint enterprise «Solver Robotics» will be oriented to the realization of the projects of technical re-equipment of Russian machine manufacturing enterprises.
«Our customers express increasing interest care for robotization of their enterprises. That is why Solver decided to build-up their resources in this field, – said Igor Mamontov, the Director on Programs of Technical Re-equipment. – Nowadays we unleash a number of projects with robots implementation, for instance, for Aviadvigatel factory. By incorporating the efforts with «Belfingroup» we will be capable to offer multiple robots systems for more customers».
According to the Chairman of Belfingroup board, Vladimir Kutergin, the holding company has a vast experience in development of robotic system turn-key projects for different fields of industry. What is more, there is a range of complete solutions which are interesting to our customers. «We are ready to offer the projects that are in demand in Europe, and achieve high rates of productiveness regarding machining robotization, welding, plasma and laser cutting, assemblage, painting and many other directions of technology intellectualization in engineering goods manufacturing».
The strategy of three projects and regulatory structures for implemented processes will be used as the traditional approaches of Solver during development and implementation of robotic systems with involvement of two companies. It will make possible to provide high efficiency of the robotic system implementation and robotized enterprises. In addition, it will enable the creation of high-technology automated systems with minimum influence of human factor (so-called “unmanned production”) and reliable forecast of financial ratio.
For the first time Solver and Belfingroup companies jointly represented their industries at the 12th International exhibition for welding materials, equipment and technologies «Weldex (Rossvarka 2012)», which took place in ECC Sokolniki 23 – 26 October, 2012.
