Solver – participant of II «Intelligent production» forum
On 7-8 of October, 2011 the Second All-Russian “Intelligent production. Advanced technology industry in Russia. Tasks and prospects” forum was held on the territory of “Zavidovo” UpDK of Tver region.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Russian Engineering Union and “Intelligent Manufacturing” magazine took part in the organization of the forum.
In “Zavidivo” urgent questions concerning Russian industry modernization were discussed by more than 250 delegates from the biggest industrial enterprises and corporations, design offices, which develop, implement and produce high-tech machines, technologies and equipment, as well as by representatives of country regions authorities, leading institutes of the country.
There were the following participants of the forum: the governor of Tver Region – Anatoly Bochencov, the director general of “Tactical Missiles Corporation” – Boris Obnosov, the technical director of LLC “Technological center of metal processing of northwest region” – Victor Ershov, the academician of Russian Academy of Sciences, the research manager of JSC “Concern PVO Almaz-Antey” – Anatoly Savin, the president of “Perm national research polytechnic university” – Vasily Petrov, the deputy director general of JSC “NPO Electromashina” – Elena Asanova, the operational deputy director general of “KBhimmash named after A.M. Isaev” – Igor Panin, the operational deputy director general of OKB “Novator” – Boris Golementsev, the pro-rector for research of “MATI” Russian State Technological University – Victor Vasilyev, the rector of Tver state technical university – Boris Paluh and others.
The theme set by the organizers of the forum allowed discussing the ways of development of different industrial production branches. A lot of innovation ideas were offered during the forum. These ideas can help to make a breakthrough in modernization of Russian machine-building. The reports of Solver representatives were of high interest for the participants of the forum. Solver Chief Designer - Radislav Birbraer reported about project approach to technical re-equipment programs for high-tech machine-building enterprises, which is used by Solver. The report of the head of project management department – Alexey Chumakov and the main expert – Sergei Pronin was about standards bases which are essential to achieve business results during enterprise re-equipment projects.
The participants and guests of the forum discussed urgent questions concerning creation of the conditions for modernization, implementation of innovation technologies into national industry, further development of staff training for particular fields, qualification improvement of managers and specialists of high-tech industry sectors. Also they observed the method of enterprise staff training during implementation of project solutions for modernization.
The realization of youth policy of machine-building industry was discussed during the forum. The main idea of the policy is to develop and mutually realize projects and programs for cooperation with youth in order to attract young specialists to stay at enterprises of Russian machine-building complex. Solver actively cooperates with technical institutes in order to provide training of young specialists for machine-building industry. That is why during presentation “Solver training-production center in 2010-2011” the delegates from Solver shared their experience concerning preparation of professional personnel.
